Will I lose weight?
A: It is normal to drop a few pounds during a juice cleanse, although this shouldn't be your primary objective! Whether or not that weight stays off will depend on how you continue to eat and fuel your body post-cleanse.
Can I still workout as normal while on a juice cleanse, regardless of how many days I am cleansing?
A: We encourage you to continue your daily routine as normal, including exercise.
How is it supposed to make me feel?
A: The longer you cleanse, the more results you will feel. You will feel less bloated, have more energy and feel more alert after a one day cleanse, but these results only continue to increase with each day that you cleanse. Our 3 day option is our most popular choice.
What is the purpose of cleansing?
A: The purpose of a cleanse is to not only flush out excess waste and toxins that have become built up in your body, but also to give your body a break from digesting food so that it can spend energy elsewhere, such as burning calories or fat.
What is included in a juice cleanse?
A: Each day includes one smoothie, five juices and one shot. Along with water, this is all you should consume throughout the entire day.
Can I still have coffee on the days that I am cleansing?
A: If you are a daily coffee drinker, we encourage you to go without for the duration of your cleanse. The smoothie in option "B" contains Matcha Powder, which is green tea leaf, containing caffeine. If you are worried that you will get a headache due to the lack of coffee in your day, this might be the better option for you, however, we encourage you to go cold turkey with the caffeine and cleanse your body completely! Mind over matter :)
How long do the juices last if refrigerated? Frozen?
A: The juices contain the most nutritional value when consumed immediately, therefore we recommend consuming the juices within 4 days of pickup. If something comes up and you can't complete the cleanse, they will last up to 5 months in the freezer.
Do both options “A'“ and “B” have the same effect? Is one better than the other?
A: Both cleanses will have similar effects depending on your lifestyle. Option "A" is less sugar and less calories per day, we call this our "veggie forward" option, while option "B" is our fruit balanced option. "A" has roughly 1,100 calories per day, and "B" has roughly 1,300 calories per day. They will both accomplish flushing out waste and toxins and are both packed with vitamins and nutrients, making either of them a great option to give your digestive system a break!
